Welcome to the City of De Soto

The City of De Soto operates under a City Manager form of government.  The City Manager is appointed by the City Council and is subject to their direction, supervision and is to exercise control of all departments;  Police & Fire, Public Works, Administration and building.  All department heads report to the city manager.
