Friends doing YOGA
meet every Monday morning from 10:00-11:00 at St. Andrew's United

Tuesdays and Fridays
Jam
Session at DeSoto Senior Center at 13227 State Rd E from 10:00am to 12:00
noon. All are welcome to come and join the fun. If you would

Tuesdays and Thursdays
P.A.C.E. (People With Arthritis Can Exercise) class meets every Tuesday
and Thursday morning at 9:00am in DeSoto Public Library. One time
fee of $5 includes exercise booklet from the Arthritis Association.
